The daycare is owned and run by Rosa Lepore. She is a highly responsible mother of two children, Emily, who is three and a half years old, and Matthew, who is two years old. She has a bachelor degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she was a member of the Honor Society, and graduated with a 3.4 grade point average. She is certified in Child Care Management and Early Childhood Education. Rosa is registered and certified by the Child Care Services of Monmouth County. She is also a member of the New Jersey Family Child Care Providers' Association.

All those that know Rosa would say that she is a loving and nurturing person. She loves interacting and teaching children. Her dream has always been to care for and teach children and to be a positive influence in their lives.
